Rachel was a presenter at one of the first Oracle conferences I ever
attended. As I watched and listened, I doubted I'd ever be as good a
DBA as she was.
And I'm not!
But I do take pride in the fact that I had a little bit to do with instilling in her a love of single malt (and yes, the pun was intended!).
Rachel, I wish you nothing but good luck and happiness in your new endeavor. No one deserves it more than you do.
