I might be able to help as well, though I'm at home taking care of my wife after her surgery.

As another alternative, have you tried the HTML DB Discussion Forums at http://forums.oracle.com/forums/forum.jsp?forum=137? The help/support there is usually extraordinarily great, compared to other Oracle products and the pretty much useless MetaLink Forums.
