[Q] ORACLE client frequently disconnect

we have several offices use Comcast cable modem through VPN connect to ORACLE server (9iR2). Those offices have same problem almost every 20 to 30 minutes ORACLE client disconnect.

Does anyone has ideal what wrong it is?
