They give you any answer they think is right and close the TAR. Of course I open it again and repeat the cycle. Then I fill out the questionaired they send to annoy us every time they have closed a tar because they think it has been answered and I tell the my experience with OWS was lousy, but nothing ever comes of it. I always say I will proceed in English with all of my TAR's. I wish the analysts would do the same. If they don't understand the question they say "that's a different issue, you will have to open another TAR which will be assigned to the correct group". I want the "good old days" when you could call and talk to a real person who spoke understandable English. We still pay the same or more for the rotten service.
