Package Net8, OO4O with my app

I have a Windows VB application that uses Net8 and OO4O to connect to an oracle database (Oracle 9 or 10).

I would like to be able to package the Net8 and OO40 stuff with my application.

I was hopeing I could do it with "Instant Client", but I beleieve it does not support OO4O.

Anyone else doing what I want to do or know how to do it.?
