catcpu and parallel compiles

Looking at installing a 9.2 patch which runs catcpu.  At the end, it
runs utlrp.  There is a comment in the catcpu script about being able to
change the value passed to utlrp so that parallel compiles can be done.
 


I thought utlrp only did serial compiles?
