the biggest justification for having rac is that other companies will pay
you more money if you know how to use RAC. so getting a RAC implementation
on your project helps you get your next job. So it justifies your pocket
book.
That is by far the best reason I have seen to use RAC. However, you have to
'spin' it in order to sell it to management. That argument does not work
well.
