Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Oracle 10g (10.1.0.4), Solaris 8 64-bit import problem.....
I have a database I exported from a Windows 2000 10g installation as a data pump file and now need to import it into a freshly built instance running on our oracle 10g server (Solaris). When I attempt to do the import (EM WWW console running on 55xx or cli) I get the following errors:
Import: Release 10.1.0.4.0 - 64bit Production on Tuesday, 31 May, 2005 15:18

Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.4.0 -64bit Production With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options
ORA-31626: job does not exist ORA-31637: cannot create job SYS_IMPORT_FULL_01 for user SYSMAN ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95 ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPV$FT_INT", line 601 ORA-39080: failed to create queues "" and "" for Data Pump job ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95 ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPC$QUE_INT", line 1550 ORA-01403: no data found
Now, I have recently upgraded the Oracle software running on this Solaris server from 10.1.0.3 to 10.1.0.4. Has anyone else out there slayed this dragon? Are there any Oracle patches or fixes (possibly SQL scripts I'm not aware of?) I have searched metalink and found references to exporting, not importing. I have opened a TAR for this issue but am hoping perhaps someone out there may have seen this issue already.
Many thanks in advance,
Ian Dickens
