Yes, that should work for most of the installed
options except partitioning since that does not have a
corresponding user.
One note, I have done this on HP-UX 11i, 9.2.0.1 with drop user MDSYS cascade..., and it did hang, not the database, just the drop. I was able to drop all the other users cleanly. There might be a sequence in dropping these. Just an FYI.
