RE: oracle intelligent agent error(URGENT)...

What is in the Windows event system log - or is the message below from = there?
Metalink note 70115.1 tells how to decode the IA startup error messages = on Windows (the number gives the reason whilst the text is confusing as = it is the standard Windows message for that number) but it does not = include the number you have below.

However, searching Metalink shows lots of notes for "3221356559" - eg = disk full, changing host name, q file problem etc - have a look at the = search results and see which matches.
