When Opatch is installed is on the OH/Opatch directory. The path to it should be added to the PATH variable.

drwxrwxr-x 5 oracle9 dba 1024 Apr 19 14:49 OPatch

export
PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:/usr/openwin/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/ucb:/etc:/oltp/oracle9/u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0 /OPatch

We have specified binaried to copy for oracle.

Something is missing here??
