Agent Configuration Assistant - please help

When doing an install of 9.2.0.4 on RHEL3 (which I am on a deadline to complete), I am getting the following error at Agent Configuration Assistant.

Parameters "orahome" = /u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0 Parameter "nodeinfo" = NO_VALUE
Agent Service Failed

Has anyone else run into this and know how to fix it? This is a fresh install -- Oracle hasn't been installed on this server before.
