Oracle 9i Developer Feature

Hi List,

I am looking for any company which gives the seminar/training on the Oracle 9i New Developer's feature? We have few developers and would like to have a training/seminar so that we can take advantage of that in our development area. Does anyone give me a suggestion. We are in NewYork, NY.

Also, Any link to the reference material would be helpful.
