Creating Oracle Designer Reports

Hello,



I have Oracle 10g Designer running and I am trying to generate a report. 
I click on the Repository Report button, then click on Entity 
Relationship Modeling and then right click on a Database Objects, the 
"Run Report" option in the drop down menu is disabled.



What do I need to enable this feature?
