I'm going to assume you are on 9iR2

The methods that come to mind:

• Tablespace Point In Time Recovery Check the docs, there are a number of restrictions. I have not actually played with this, but it is documented in the recovery handbook.
• Recover the database to another server, recovering only the necessary system tablespaces and the one holding the table in question. Export the table and import to the database it was dropped from.
• Restore the whole database.
• Restore the database to the time just before you committed the transaction, export the table, recover through a reset logs. This may require some assistance from support.
• Use logminer to run the DML to get the data back. Slow and time consuming, but may work. Your database is in archivelog mode I trust?

I have not personally tried all these methods, but they may give you some ideas.

Before doing anything you need to make a backup of the database.

All these suggestions are dependent on having backups.
