Oracle- SQL Server DBA needed in Kansas

Stable Financial Institution in Topeka Kansas (pop 150,000) has an opening for an Oracle - SQL Server DBA.
This organization is progressive and employee oriented, and they are housed in beautiful new offices!

Base salary is in the 58-62K range and outstanding benefits package.

Company strongly prefers candidates already living in Kansas, but some relocation
could be offered for to highky qualified candidate.

Major responsibilities:
-30% Administer and support data, implement data models and database designs,
  troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues,
  replication and other distributed data issues.
-30% Assist programming staff in technical aspects of data queries and
support to use
  the organization's data efficiently with emphasis on data storage tools, security capability,
  and coordinating with and interfacing to the company's central data.   Write DTS packages and stored procedures and assist others with these tasks.
-20% Recommend and implement data solutions for company's application needs.
-10% Develop and oversee the procedures necessary to backup and recover the
central data
  for all platforms.
-10% Recommend standards, conventions, policies and procedures in all areas
of expertise
  and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Minimum of two years previous experience as a database administrator on MS
SQL
  and ORACLE with mission critical application, multiple SQL servers and disaster recovery.
-Familiarity of DTS, writing stored procedures and SQL/ORACLE tuning
-Excellent ORACLE skills, and preferably experience supporting at least one
application.
-Ability to communicate professionally with other IT personnel and users.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple priorities, meet deadlines,
  conceptualize possible solutions to a problem, decide the best solution and implement it.
