I have a very distinct recollection of hearing over and over again while opening tar's with Oracle phone support: "Please enter your CSI number. If you have a negative CSI number, do not enter the minus sign."

Or something like that, perhaps someone remembers it exactly. I always wondered what a negative CSI signified.
