Searching MetaLink (advanced search, set checkbox for "bugs") using the keywords "12592 TWO-TASK opitsk opiino opiodr opidrv sou2o main" (i.e. phrases from the error message, plus function names on the error stack) returns a lot of hits on bugs.

Try it out to see if anything jumps out at you, but your best bet is to go ahead and log a TAR...
