ORA-07445 error

Hi,  

I have 3 nodes cluster database, 9.2.0.5.0 on AIX 5.2. When I switched DB_CACHE_ADVICE from READY to ON, the database hung. No new connections were not allowed.....not even sysdba from UNIX. I had to crash (killing pmon process) the database to restart.  

Errors in file /u01/oracle/admin/prod/udump/db2_ora_129868.trc: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [] [] [] [] [] []  

Did you see any problems with DB_CACHE_ADVICE?......your input is appreciated.
