Flush the shared pool and then perhaps increase your shared pool and large
pool?
Heading out the door, so not much more help than what you've probably
already found:

ase_id=NOT&p_id=146599.1
Always remember to share pertinent environmental facts as well as anything that recently changed, e.g. database version, whether PGA (auto mem mgmt) is used or not, shared or dedicated server, etc. This'll help the real gurus here.
