9.2.0.6 on Solaris 2.8 no issues or improvements that we noticed.....
This is a test and uat platform that we are developing a new app to replace one that currently uses over 100 modems and an old DOS based control program that dumps data into an AS400 that then gets updated into an Oracle database...we are putting in AS5300's for dial in access and they will connect directly to the database.....
Originally trying to use 10g but hit problems with shared server...i.e. specifically it didn't work in 10.1.0.2....to be 'fixed' in release 2....can;t wait....needed falioveer/load balancing on listeners and shared server
