Duplicating database with RMAN using backup from disk versus tape

I have successful backups to tape and older backups for a target to
disk.  When I run the duplicate database command without specifying
"until"... It is trying to restore a backup from disk - which isn't the
latest backup.  The latest backup was from tape.  I would think it would
try to restore the latest backup and know it was on tape. =20



Anyone experience this issue?
