Oracle 10G Client

Last week I downloaded the 64-bit 10G client from OTN, but then thought = that perhaps the 32-bit client would be better. I could have sworn I = saw one listed. However, when I went back there wasn't one. Is there = no longer a 32-bit client? Does one just specify the "lib32" libraries = when linking with 32-bit software?
