Hopefully after reading the presentation, it's quite clear that I don't suggest *never* rebuild an index. I simply suggest it's a lot lot rarer than what many suggest and hopefully provide some details on when it might be beneficial. Also, that the possible benefit of rebuilding is not only determined by the logical structure of the index, but also by how the index is actually accessed, a vital point missed by many.

I just did a quick check of the version at the Miracles site and there are only two mentions of the word "never", one that actually dismisses the use of the word "never" itself and the other than negates the meaning of "never" by prefixing the word "almost" in a somewhat dubious grammatical manner !!

As for the word "always", well that's a little more common in the presentation although I would be more than happy to listen to any feedback with suggestions on where I may have used that word inappropriately :)
