You're right! I do remember that now, now that you remind me.
I wonder where I ran the article. Was it on my oracle-article list? I think it must have been. But it seems to be lost from the archives. I'll have to check into that.
I've another article that I had been planning to write, that involves hierarchical multiplication, and which also involves sys_connect_by_path. I'd completely forgotten about that one too until all this came up.
Maybe if I got more sleep, my memory would improve...
