RMAN Backup

Hi List,

I have two servers one with catalog and one with target databases.

Is there any other to get the backups-pieces/sets on the server having catalog database? On metalink-forum I found that we can do that only by mounting the disks on target server.

Oracle 9.2.0.1.0/Solaris 8
