I do not know where the link was to since I got a 404 when I tried to follow
it, but the dictionary view dba_constraints view can be used to list all
FK's that reference a PK or UK constraint. This sound like what Seema
wants.

Let us consider one table tab1 with pk ID,I wanted to know which others
tables are refeing ID as FK/reference key.
