I agree you are far from done, and this problem may be solved by one of
the many patches not yet applied. But, you may also need to do some
maintenance on your concurrent manager server - make sure the
f:\d01\oracle\viscomn\temp directory doesn't have a large number of old
temp files - Oracle Apps doesn't always clean up after itself. Also keep
up with purging old concurrent manager jobs (we were told keeping large
numbers of concurrent manager output files around could be causing this
error - I doubt it, but we do it anyway).
