Snapshots not refreshing

List,

The snapshots were working fine till recently. I refreshed all snapshots....these snapshots refreshed automatically for next few days. Now auto-refreshing is stopped again. what are the things I need to check?

I could query thru db-link but OEM is showing it as inactive. 9.2.0.1.0/Solaris
