AIX 9.2? I dunno. I was fully convinced that the latest version
was 5.2. I may be living in the past. Joking aside, please
do the following
cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib
make -f ins_rdbms.mk client_sharedlib ioracle
and tell me what is the error you're getting.
