How exactly did you convert the database to Unicode? Was this a straight ALTER DATABASE migration, or did you do an export and import?

Hi Everyone:

We converted our SAP database to Unicode over the Labor Day=20 weekend. Now we are seeing lots and lots of latch waits and buffer busy waits.

I'm trying to chase them down through Statspack, but I also thought that you all might have some insight.

So...in other words...HELP!
