Just to pick up another point:


"2. all threads must relate to Oracle database administration"
I find this a bit narrow, given the normal list traffic, which generally
includes all sorts of areas related to Oracle, such as database development,
design and of course Oracle Apps.  So I would rather point 2 read something
like "2. all threads must relate to the use of the Oracle database".
