You know, *there's* something to think about when choosing a vendor that I hadn't thought of before: where's their support staff located?
A hurricane in Florida? If there's an earthquake in SF, does the other half of the support organization go away?
Didn't DEC have their support center in Colorado, away from hurricanes and earthquakes and such?
