The argument regarding reply and reply-all fucntionality may=20 start a religious war second only to vi vs. emacs...;-)
Seriously, though, I like it the way you have it now, with reply going only to sender and reply-all to the list.
Unforetunately, I think this really is a case of 1/2 the=20 people being unhappy regardless of what you do. ;-)
I'd say, barring any strongly compelling reason to change, do it the way you like it, and eventually, folks will get used to it.
