ORACLE -MYSQL CONNECTIVITY

Hi,
How to connect oracle database with mysql database? I have couple of tables in mysql which I want to insert transaction into oracle database in realtime means whenever transaction inserted/updated/deleted that shoudl also effect oracle database?
how to do that?
