Has anyone pointed out that the correct syntax of the command is
CREATE PFILE = 'my_init.ora' FROM SPFILE = 's_params.ora';

I am trying to create PFILE for my ASM instance and getting the following error. Could someone shed some light on this?
[oracle_at_rac1pub bdump]$ export ORACLE_SID=+ASM1
[oracle_at_rac1pub bdump]$ sqlplus /nolog
