Hi Hemant,
happy that i got a reply for this question.

i don't get the right USER_ID,USER_NAME when i use FND_USER.USER_ID = FND_GLOBAL.VALUE('USER_ID') it returns "-1" as USER_ID and "ANONYMOUS" as USER_NAME . but this is not the expected result. i don't how to proceed and hence stuck here.
