Carel-Jan,

We have a tool that can read an export (taken with "rows=n"), and will generate scripts (or a script) to create all of the tablespaces (and their associated data files), objects etc. for you.

It won't create the initial database though.

I know this one, but that is not what I (they) mean. The purpose is a 'create database' script, with tablespaces, datafiles etc. Just like dbca created at the initial setup, but now with all extra's added after initial creation.
