I'm fortunate in that I worked in a department that was as close to the perfect NON-phb as is likely to found on this planet. It was a true revelation of how things can be. This was the software and engineering department of the original (pre-WorldCom) Wiltel (not the current Wiltel) before Bernie Ebbers bought it from Williams. It survived the WorldCom purchase, but eventually fell victim to the whole MCI-WorldCom mess. (Just like the body snatchers, the PHB's eventually won.)

I can say that I have seen the light. Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus ... but only in a few places.
