I don't have anyone to recommend but as a director of a small database =
group
for a small company I have had difficulty finding qualified applicants =
for
several positions (dba, pl/sql developer, data warehouse architect =
etc.)
lately so I wanted to ask the group where do you search for a new hire =
once
you've exhausted all your personal contacts. Any particular sites other =
than
the usual hotjobs, dice etc.? Also does anyone use recruiters anymore =
or any
offline material such as newspapers?
