It's from Mr. Mom. He's staying home and working around the house.
He's doing some electrical work (or, pretending to) when his wife's
boss drops by and says something like "Oh, yeah, I see what you're doing here.
You going to run 220 to take care of that?" (Referring to 220v power.)
He (the Michael Keaton character), having no idea what he's talking about,
replies "220, 221, whatever it takes...." ;-)
