99% of the time (always) the problem is not with ecartis or freelists.org.

The problem is usually your local mail configuration, or your ISP's mail configuration, and on occasion it is the mail configuration of a mail relay along the way. Frequently it is due to your server or a relay being blacklisted for spam.

In this case however, there is absolutely nothing wrong.
