What did you mean by BCHR, and " "DW Inside, @#$%! Outside" sticker to the database " ?

Of course not. Queries in data warehouse environment do not wait, which means that you don't need wait interface. Queries in the DW enironment are tuned by means of BCHR, not by boring stuff like wait events, 10046 trace and alike. It suffices to stick "DW Inside, @#$%! Outside" sticker to the database, and it will immediately cease with all wait events.
