i hAD hEARD tHAT iN 10g tHE dICTIONARY iS cOST-bASED aND tHAT tHE sYS sCHEMA sHOULD hAVE sTATISTICS gATHERED fOR iT. dUNNO aBOUT 9.2, nOT cURRENTLY gATHERING sTATS fOR iT.=20
