Dennis,
Would there be a problem if the developers had the privileges listed?
After all they
only have access to the development server. They might learn to
configure the packages
and tables and associated info correctly if they used the TOAD to show
them the
error in thier ways.

To succussfully run the object installation scripts, the schema should
=
have
the following roles/privileges. The individual privileges need to be =
granted
explicitly instead of using the DBA role. These privileges are not
recognized from the role when using packages.

=B7 Create Any Synonym
=B7 Drop Any Synonym
=B7 Create Role
=B7 Create Any Procedure
=B7 Create Any Table
