   What goes in would need to be prioritized. And clever formatting might
help. Perhaps some of us can give you some feedback on what we go to the
manual for. Obviously if certain details are needed then we would surf for
it. Here is my list, in priority order:



    
  
  1.   SQL Command -- If you can't recall the command, you can't surf for it.
Having a handy book to thumb through would help find the command.
  
  2.   A single syntax example. Just a common way of using the command.
  
  3.   Railroad syntax diagram. This is where the clever formatting would help.






If a manual had just that, I would toss my 7.3 manual. I could dig anything
further out of the Oracle manual if I needed it.



Does spiral bound cost more to manufacture? I like the lay-flat idea.
