To be on the safe side, make sure a push is not taking place. Remove the job and re-schedule it again. If you're using OEM to re-schedule, be sure to remove the job from SQL*Plus using dbms_job and not the OEM interface. You can re-schedule from OEM once the job has been removed but check dba_jobs afterwards to make sure the job has been scheduled.
Ran into a lot of inconsistencies when trying to manage replication via OEM. I've found that the most reliable way to manage replication is via the APIs'.
