Auditing DDL is by far the most common among all auditing. Generally speaking, everybody wants to know who's creating and, especially, who's dropping or altering objects. If some does something like 'TRUNCATE TABLE GL_JOURNAL_ENTRY', I'd like to know who it is, so that I can ask him whether he feels lucky.
