PERL problem while install ORACLE 10g Agent ?????

We have perl version 5.6.1 on Solaris 8. I am doing ORACLE 10g Agent installation and have error messages come out. I check the error messages and it relate to PERL. the error is similiar to:

INFO: Can't locate strict.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/ade_autofs/ade/perl/bin/Solaris/Opt/lib/5.6.1/sun4-solaris
/ade_autofs/ade/perl/bin/Solaris/Opt/lib/5.6.1
/ade_autofs/ade/perl/bin/Solaris/Opt/lib/site_perl/5.6.1/sun4-solaris
/ade_autofs/ade/perl/bin/Solaris/Opt/lib/site_perl/5.6.1
/ade_autofs/ade/perl/bin/Solaris/Opt/lib/site_perl .)
at
/home/app/oracle/product/agent/sysman/admin/scripts/semd_common.pl
line 31.

my environment have following setup:

ORACLE_BASE=/home/app/oracle
ORACLE_HOME=/home/app/oracle/product/agent
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/app/oracle/product/agent/lib:/usr/dt/lib:/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/local/perl/lib/5.6.1/sun4-solaris:/usr/local/perl/lib/5.6.1

How do I change @INC point to my LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
