My memory is a little hazy, but I thought there were two copies of the
paper. The initial one talked about implementing uniform extents
(128K/4M/128M) on dictionary-managed tablespaces under Oracle 7/8.
Then, it was revised for 8i to implement those same uniform extents on
LMT's.
